F. Holmes "Skip" Atwater

Army officer who served as an aide to Gen. Albert Stubblebine and helped recruit psychics for the Army's remote-viewing unit, overseeing it until 1987. Later became president of The Monroe Institute, linking the military remote-viewing program directly to Robert Monroe's consciousness-research lab.
