Will Miller

1997

Commander Will Miller, USN (ret.) - a DIA-linked intelligence officer and UFO researcher who, per the Wilson-Davis memo, first told Adm. Wilson about the alleged crash-retrieval program in 1997, and in 2002 wrote Eric Davis and Hal Puthoff offering to help research UFO crash retrievals and name likely contractors. His alleged breach of confidence (telling Greer and others) is what the memo says angered Wilson.
