SAB Ad Hoc Committee to Review Project Blue Book

1966

USAF Scientific Advisory Board panel chaired by Brian O'Brien, convened in response to a September 1965 request to review Project Blue Book. Concluded the program could be improved via more thorough scientific investigation of unexplained sightings and recommended a specific method for doing so - the direct origin of the subsequent Condon Committee study at the University of Colorado.
