Former NASA Associate Administrator for International and Interagency Relations, where he shepherded the Artemis Accords; served on NASA's 2022-2023 UAP Independent Study Team, and now leads the Disclosure Foundation's executive committee reviewing NASA's archives for anomalous data, alongside Travis Taylor and other researchers. Currently Executive VP for Civil Space and External Affairs at Redwire; spent 13 years at Bigelow Aerospace before NASA. Later said in "The Age of Disclosure" that the study team was discouraged from including a notable Apollo-era image of an unidentified object in its public report.
