Bolander Memo (1969)

October 20, 1969 memo by USAF Brig. Gen. C.H. Bolander stating that UFO reports "which could affect national security" are made under AFR 55-88 / JANAP 146 and "are not part of the Blue Book system" - written weeks before Blue Book's public closure was announced.
