Missile and precision-systems defense contractor. Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, the central figure in the 2002 Wilson-Davis memo, became President of ATK Missile Systems immediately after retiring from the Defense Intelligence Agency, serving in senior executive roles there until 2009.
