Arthur Exon

1947

U.S. Air Force Brigadier General; was stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB in 1947 when Roswell debris was reportedly brought there, and later served as the base's commanding officer (1964-66). In later interviews he said the material he saw was "nothing from this Earth."
