Paul Kaminski

1994-01-01year known, day not recorded

Dr. Paul Kaminski - Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Technology (1994-97), who reorganized the DoD special-access-program structure. In the Wilson-Davis memo, Wilson names Kaminski's office (OUSDAT) as where he traced an unusual special-programs record group. A real, senior acquisition official; the crash-retrieval framing is the memo's contested account.

In the UAP recordRuled into the unidentified-phenomena thread on 2 September 2026 from this entity's own name and role text, which contain: "crash-retriev". An editorial classification of what thread this entity belongs to; it rests on no page and does not claim to. Neighbours were not used - see apply-subjects-2026-09-02.mjs for why.

None of this entity's 3 connections has a source you can open. 2 are bound to a document this project holds and quotes but cannot republish, so they do not count above. 1 was tested against a document we hold and deliberately not bound.

This entity's name appears in the 1 document below. That is the entire claim. Nothing here is evidence for anything on this map, no connection rests on it, and it says nothing about what the document is about. It is a place to look next.

Why we refused it. THE PAGE PUTS GANSLER IN POST BY JANUARY 1998 AND SAYS NOTHING ABOUT A SUCCESSION OR A DATE FOR IT. This is an ordinary, checkable fact about a Senate-confirmed office and should be sourced to a government record, not inferred from a private note.
